5 HORSE DRAG GUIDELINES
Wrapn3 will continue to drag every 5 horses but will use a draw to determine where the drags begin. The 5 horse drag start point will be determined 30 minutes prior to the start of each race by drawing a number between 1 & 5. Whatever number we draw will determine where the 5 horse drags will begin. For Example if we draw number 3 we will start the race with contestants 1, 2, 3 then drag. We will then run contestants 4,5,6,7,8 drag 9,10,11,12,13 drag etc. Still dragging every 5 horses but not necessarily after number 5, 10, 15, etc. The drag WILL NOT HAVE ANY IMPACT on the order of the race, the time at which you run or effect the number of runs you may have allowed for between multiple horses. This is the FAIREST way to afford EVERYBODY a shot at top of the ground runs regardless of if you pre-enter or walk up and enter.
